Awesome cat care alternative to boarding since your cat can stay in their own Philadelphia home and sleep in their fav spot and watch their shows recorded on DVR while you are traveling. Your sitter will come to your house at dinner time for a feeding, scoop the litter (change if you want to add that on too!), hang with your cat all evening, stay overnight, and feed them breakfast before heading out the next AM.

What is an assigned sitter , and what do you mean that I will get my "own cat sitter?"

It means just that! All of our clients receive an "assigned sitter." They're the only person that will ever be in your home and walking your dog. It's the very person that you will meet at your regstration meeting, and also your dog's future bestie.

We do this, so that you the client can creat a relationship with your sitter, and also so your sitter creates a great relationship with your dog so should there ever be something amiss with your dog, or even home, your sitter can tell right away and report to you, and me if need be.

Walkies NEVER sends anyone to walk your dog that you have not met, and do not know is coming.
Can I meet my assigned sitter before my first service with The Cat Peeps?

Yes! In fact we insist! We require a registration prior to your first service, not just so you can meet your sitter, but also so you can show your sitter everything there is to do, to make your cat feel as good as they do when you are home! Also a great time to show ALL the hiding spots for our shy and 'fraidy cats.
Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and laced up with a liability policy to protect your home and pets, our sitters and business.
Do you run background checks on your sitters?

Yes we sure do! In fact, all of our sitters go through a 6 point vetting and training process befor they are able to provide any visits:
1. Reference Check
2. background Check
3. Pet First Aid Certification
4. Sitter Test
5. Sitter Protocol Orientation
6. Sitter Shadow (new sitter goes out on multiple visits with vetran sitter)
Are you really open 365 days a year?

Yes, yes and yes! We operate and provide service 365 days a year, rain or shine.

That being said, our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am-5:30pm. Those are the days you can call, email or message the office inquiries, questions, scheduling updates etc.

Email is checked intermittently, and service requests submitted through the portal, are not considered confimred, until a confirmation invoice is recieved.
What's the fastest and best way to become a client?

Click the "Become A Client at the top of the page! Fill out the form and submit it. We will do our best to reach out you within 1 business day (sometimes sooner), with your assigned sitter. You will get a call from the office to go over everything and you will be off to the races!
